Policies

Check Out Policies 
 
Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance of pickup through the checkout system 
Students must inspect all gear for missing or broken parts in the presence of checkout personnel before signing for gear. 

Failure to return gear on time could result in suspension of checkout privileges 
Notify checkout via soicavec@iupui.edu if having an issue with gear or will be late 
Make sure you have adequate time to review gear with checkout personnel when returning gear 

Media is reserved as a separate checkout item and is subject to the same policies as other gear
